I met Karen through one of her island clients. Who had nothing but good words to say about her. When I asked Karen to come and meet me and have a chat about realestate she willingly obliged. I did not any intentions of buying and land at the time. However after a long chat about what I was looking for Karen suggested a particular block of land that would meet all of my criteria after construction. The key element was location for capital gain, location of views, location for easy construction to expliot the views. I have not manage to construct anything due to poor health however 2023 is a new year. As you can see Karen matched people (me) with the their desirers and needs of their realestate requirements.
