Karen really knows the area, picked us up from the Ferry, spent 2 1/2 hrs driving us around the whole Island , pointing out everything and anything of interest. Karen listened to our needs not wasting time on trying to sell us something we weren’t interested in and we didn’t feel rushed at all. While keeping things professional, Karen was also fun and energetic and kept us laughing throughout the day. Communication was fantastic, and the whole process was made easy. I met Karen through one of her island clients. Who had nothing but good words to say about her. When I asked Karen to come and meet me and have a chat about realestate she willingly obliged. I did not any intentions of buying and land at the time. However after a long chat about what I was looking for Karen suggested a particular block of land that would meet all of my criteria after construction.
