In my opinion she went above and beyond to make the purchase go through for us as we were a long distance away and there were a few hold ups. Karen is extremely passionate and genuine about being a realestate agent. She has a full understanding of how difficult in can be for families to relocate to a totally new area and life style. Karen follows through on every action that is needed for a successful purchase in a timely manner. If she is on the phone she will text to say she will be back in touch asap. The lines of communication were always open. Our family is extremely grateful for Karens dedication and extremly hard work for the successful purchase of our home.
