Buying land with Karen was so easy ... she obviously loves her job! I'd put out requests to a few agents, but Karen was the one who returned my calls promptly, and with her local knowledge of the island, she quickly got an idea of what we were looking for and bingo! found the perfect block for our budget. We couldn't make it to the island at the time, so she walked me around the block and neighbourhood on facetime so I could get a feel for it. For a first time buyer she made the experience very easy with her professional and positive attitude. I'd happily recommend Karen if you want a hassle free and enjoyable experience buying on the island.
