Karen is very eager and shows a great respect to get the best deal for her clients. All actions are very good, with the only issue is the ability to ring Karen directly and/or get a response early sometimes. This appears to be because she is so busy with so many listings and/or chasing up leads. But Karen has been very good to get back by the end of the day

Thanks for the review, I do state when I first talk to clients that I cant talk during the day,as I have clients in the car and dont talk your business while others can hear. I did also mention that I return calls after 4.30pm daily.As you have stated I did get back to you. You would have also noticed I did get back to you at 7.30am ,8am or at times emails were at 1.am in the morning,trying to fit my commit to you in
