Karen made selling one of our Frankston South investment properties very easy in the first half of 2025. Her team assisted with all the inevitable issues and items that are often unforeseen and need tidying up and addressing. Her sales campaigns were NOT copy & paste, rather tailored for the market at the time. Her knowledge for the area and valuation was accurate. We did NOT want an agent simply telling us what we wanted to hear, we wanted authentic, professional advice and a team that bought professionalism. Karen delivered! We do not live in the area, so Karen was able to ensure to manage all the steps well, without us needing to be there (including the tenant moving out, right through until handover/settlement).
