Karen Douglas was very good and made herself available after hours (promptly), the result was that we bought the house that night. We are very happy with Karen.

Nothing was too much trouble for Karen. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and understood everything that we should be doing in order to sell our property. We would have not hesitation in using Karen again for the sale of further properties and would highly recommend her.
