I met Karen at one of her listed home opens, I was helping a friend find a property to buy. Straight away I noticed her kindness and empathy and professionalism. My friend bought that house and during the whole process, Karen was always available to chat and she went above and beyond to ensure the process as seamless as possible, not only for her vendor, but for my friend (who is a 95yo lady) and saw to it that both parties were happy. I was very impressed with her ethics and communication skills. I had been thinking of selling, and after meeting Karen at that home open I decided that if I was to sell, I think she would be the one to do it. So I made an appointment and met with Karen to discuss our situation and what our options might be. She was up front, open, had great ideas and resources and she really listened to what I had to say and what I needed. Within a week or so, I was signed up! After months of renovating, Karen was always checking up on us and seeing how we were going, even when I wanted to cry, she was ever so patient and empathetic. We finally went to market late 2024 and Karen set to work with the home opens, dealing with potential buyers and negotiations and to her credit, we received multiple offers. We accepted an offer but it fell through (no fault of Karen's). We were pretty devastated, but she didn't miss a beat and continued to work tirelessly to secure another offer right before Christmas and negotiated as hard as she could with the terms and conditions that would suit us. She literally pulled the rabbit out of the hat given our circumstances. We cannot thank her enough or rate her enough, 10/5 Stars! If you want an honest, knowledgeable and caring agent that will go above and beyond to secure not only the best offer, but honest advice for your situation, then Karen Finch is the only choice.
