Karen was incredibly helpful and helped us through a challenging time. When most real estate agents can cone across pushy, untrustworthy and sneaky.. karen was the opposite and reassured us when we needed it. We aimed for $20k more than what we got yet, everyone would probably say the same thing. She got the job done. The only negative was that we had to prompt her for the feedback yet i think that was a miscommunication and was not her fault. She sold us the house originally so was an obvious choice to sell it for us.
