Hi Chris, I just wanted to reach out to respond to your review, I apologize if you have been repeatedly requested to submit a review, this is purely automated and not something we wish to annoy you with. I am also obviously disappointed to read your comments, such as keeping in touch with you, as I felt I did at every crucial point and repeatedly offered my assistance to you if required to which you declined. With regards to the Spa and tap, I did provide you with information regarding the spa and advised that it had just been cleaned and serviced just prior to you inspecting it. Regarding the tap, again as requested, I did indeed seek clarification from the vendor on your behalf, however, he too was unable to provide anything further to which I duly advised you of at the time. At the final inspection, you and your family were looking through the house together, at which point I simply stayed in the kitchen to allow you the space to carry out your inspection together, as it was clearly an exciting time for you all. With regards to not wanting to do my job or am over it, I can assure you that is not the case. The relationships I have built with my clients over the years are extremely important to me, and to have just been recognized at the Harcourts Victorian Awards as the Number 2 agent in Victoria for Client Experience is testament to that, and also reflected in previous reviews on this site from both vendors and purchasers and very much something I am extremely proud of.
