Karen was very personable in helping me prepare for sale. She was transparent and up front about costs, market assessing, and appropriate range for the value of my property. She kept me in the loop the whole time, making sure if I had any questions or needed any additional support when I was preparing for styling, meeting workmen on sight or trying to keep nosy neighbours away.
