Our place really was lovely but being about 7ks from the nearest town it was never going to to be easy to gets clients out to the property. Karen was so good because she discusses ideas with you and comes up with solutions. I felt the best way to market the place was as a rural block, smaller niche, and our price under $600k made it affordable to a bigger group. Karen was in constant contact and we made sure the place was kept presentable and offered all the help we could. The main difference is the belief that she could sell the place at an agreed value, not just the old "list high and then talk down" technique used by many Agents. Karen has just about every listing in the street and you knew she believed in the area. But her best feature by far is honesty, a word not commonly associated with RE Agents.
