She helped sold my property within 4 days after first listing. This no doubt defines SUCCESS. But if success to you means: - work conscientiousness, Karen buzzed around for me almost non-stop working up until 11pm at night and on Sundays as well just to maximise opportunities for potential buyers to consider my property. - resourcefulness, Karen reached out to her connections to supplement what was needed to do the property justice when showcasing it (e.g. extra plants, decorative ornaments, etc.). - support, Karen continued to respond almost instantaneously (even at 11pm at night I might add) after exchange of contract to refer me to various tradies for my new house (all of her referrals have been fantastic). She also helped her buyer reached me for various clarifications. - punctuality, Karen never cancelled on me and would give me almost live updates on progress. - consultative, Karen always checked with me first and respected my final decision after factoring in her valuable analyses and advice. - considerate and sensitive, Karen has always been respectful and polite in her interactions with potential buyers and me (e.g. culturally, religiously, beliefs, etc.). The fact that I took extra time to write this long review shows my gratitude to her service.
