She is a very down to earth, honest and giving person, both of time and knowledge. With the luxury of having a lead in time to the auction process and marketing campaign, Karen was able to conduct ongoing comparative market analysis' to ensure our target price and market placement was accurate. Her choices in media advertising and online exposure always kept “my hip pocket” in mind. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at any time during the campaign as Karen always kept an open communication policy. Karen made herself available at all times of the day and night for private/fly in inspections along with numerous building and pest inspections leading up to the auction date. The auction itself was a very smooth process and Karen's choice of auctioneer was impeccable. Although the property did not sell at auction Karen’s follow up resulted in negotiations being conducted and a suitable contract being signed within 3 days of the auction date.
