My circumstances for selling this property were difficult and sad as I was the executor of my late brother's estate. I had to sell his house but live in a different part of the state. I can't describe fully the extreme help and kindness of both Tim and Karen in helping me through this situation. Initially I contacted Tim and he undertook to organise everything, clearing and cleaning the house and grounds and putting it on the market, above and beyond his area of responsibility. He was wonderful, totally considerate and very approachable. Then Karen found a buyer. Karen was kind, very approachable and friendly but totally efficient and professional, helping me through the selling process remotely. I can't recommend these lovely people enough and will always be very grateful to them.
