How Fortunate Was I?

In writing that headline l consider that meeting Karen Heuer & her subsequent role as my Agent on behalf of Magain was ‘meant to be’. Her market knowledge is excellent & supplies a much needed overview for those of us who have only a ‘very general’ idea of ‘process’ & could be about to ‘dip our toe into the buying & selling pond.’ Karen is a great communicator which couldn’t be bettered along every step of the way and resulted in a stress-free learning experience for someone like myself who had of course ‘bought’ but never ‘sold’. Without Karen & her always-personable demeanour & professionalism l would have found the entire process a far more ‘daunting’ process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Karen Heuer to anyone embarking on buying or selling real estate: her work ethic deserves every accolade.
