On meeting Karen we were impressed with her intimate knowledge of the local area sales history, her personal sales record and her obvious friendly "how I want to sell your house" attitude. Open houses over the lead up to auction day brought in 86 groups but it was Karen's dedication to following up all these prospects and zeroing in on the real contenders that brought the ultimate success. Regular and detailed reporting back kept us in the loop and made us feel comfortable that our home would be sold at the best price. Realising $45k above the auction reserve was a great outcome.
