Excellent Negotiations by a Classy, Professional Agent -Highly Recommended for Waterfront Properties

I would not hesitate to recommend Karen Jones, she is a very classy lady that epitomises professionalism, she was not pushy and really took on board the feedback I offered for the marketing spiel Karen always had time to answer the questions I had about the Qld market (as I was based in Western Australia) and took time to discuss how things were progressing throughout the campaign of around 4 or 5 months I loved that Karen was patient throughout such a long campaign and was not always trying to lower the price for the quick sale. There was very strong negotiations during the sale process and I was amazed that Karen managed to get the price up to a figure that I would accept, a credit to her negotiation abilities and the persistence she showed Behind every success story there are always others that helped to assist and Karen's network that support her in the Next office also done a fabulous job and were a pleasure to deal - providing a successful team effort that was very, very much appreciated.
