Go ahead and underestimate her, but if you are selling a home or looking for a buyer's agent to secure your next home then call her and you will be eating humble pie too. In a very good way of course. Watching her work in a calm and professional manner to ensure a smooth and outstanding outcome for all parties involved was an absolute privilege. Karen King did a wonderful job of guiding the sale of my property through to settlement. There was an unfortunate failure of the first contract but Karen had a backup plan in place.
