Karen was thoroughly professional from the first contact with her until sale completion. She visited our place and gave us great advice on how to present our property for sale. We took her advice on board and proceeded to prepare the property for marketing. She told us how the sales procedure would take place and listened to our thoughts and answered all our questions. She took down notes of all the information we told her about the property, so that she was able to communicate well with potential buyers. She arranged photos & video to be done and put the property on the market. It was sold in 2 days. She handled the inspections with ease and finesse.
