As a buyer, you assume the sellers real estate agent will be focused on what is best for their vendor rather than you as potential purchaser. However, while I am certain Karen did that for her vendors, she also made sure both before, during and after the purchase of the property that I was fully informed on every level, giving valuable advice and assistance to me as a first home buyer. She is a lovely person and an incredibly hard worker who does her best for all her clients, and if in the future I chose to sell the home we purchased, I would not hesitate for a moment in getting her to sell my home.
