We were trapped interstate due to covid 19, so unable to prepare the house, but Karen took on the task, giving us peace of mind that we were in safe, professional, yet empathetic hands. Karen is approachable, has a real human touch, nothing is too much trouble for her, she pays great attention to detail and always kept us informed. She organised quotes from painters, floor sanders, stylers, and other tradespeople, and helped to sell some of our personal belongings.
