When Karen turned up she told my wife and I exactly what the property was worth, she took quite a few photos and said it would be on the internet later that day. Around 4pm Karen told us to leave as a few couples were coming around, 2hrs later it was sold, we couldn’t believe it. Everything went smoothly to settlement with Karen always keeping us informed. It’s the best experience we’ve ever had with a realestate agent.
