Karen was trustworthy, reliable, honest and did an amazing job of marketing our property. She even gave us interior design tips on how to present the property for both the photographs and open homes. Our first open home attracted over 30 buyers which in turn lead to multiple contracts on our property which sold for over the asking price. Karen was a fantastic communicator even contacting us after hours and opening the office on a Sunday so that contracts could be drawn up and signed. After the contracts were signed Karen kept us regularly updated on how our sale was progressing right through to completion. Karen made the sales process very easy and I would highly recommend her.
