We were selling from interstate, a community title property that we had never seen, with a tenant who had 6 months left on a lease. Karen had been recommended by our committee. She found a buyer, at our price, almost immediately, who could accommodate the tenant until the lease expired. She even dealt with our management to help resolve some maintenance issues.
