Karen knew what I was looking for and I was appraised of the possible property before it was listed. Almost immediately after it was listed I inspected the property and Karen explained the various nuances of holiday/ permanent letting. (This is an investment property) I made an offer which was accepted. At all times Karen was knowledgeable and helpful - never pushy, or she would have lost me.
