Not my first rodeo when it comes to buying/selling property and definitely not one that needs there hand held along the way, in saying that communication was pretty bad boarder line none existent at times .there were a few moments I was left scratching my head after not getting a call back/update But the biggest thing to rub me the wrong way was when the buyers request for extension to obtain finance was relayed to me via a cold to the point email from conveyancer ( standard practice again been there done that) but to get not a single call, text or email from the agent your paying to relay that message on to you and zero contact a week + after . yeah not great! Super friendly and seem to be a genuinely nice person which is always a plus, however when your paying what is thousands of dollars to someone there is an expectation and mine fall short which is really a shame.
