Karen carefully guided us through the process of purchasing a property. She was transparent in liaising between buyer and seller, with open and honest communication. Karen is easy to converse with, making her client feel comfortable, which l believe is so important. As buyers, we were not completely familiar with the process that we found ourselves in, and were quite unprepared, yet Karen didn't dismiss us in anyway. Instead she respectfully made us aware of what we had to do, in order to secure the property. Lastly, Karen is a calm influence, and we greatly appreciated the manner in which she conducted our purchase transaction.
Karen was lovely and warm from the outset. She had a thorough knowledge of the property and was able to answer our questions straight off the bat. That is what really impressed us, we've not found that to be the norm. She was very accessible and always got back to us in a timely manner but NEVER made us feel under pressure. Viewings were relaxed and at our own pace. She even let us organise a further viewing for our family from OS during the settlement period (big thanks to the vendors as well for letting us do that).
