She was honest and straightforward about market conditions and didn't try oversell what she could do in difficult market conditions. But when we got offers she made sure we didn’t undersell. She was transparent about contracts terms and more than happy to say if we weren't happy with service that she'd let us out the contract. Needless to say - we didn't want out. Karen was fantastic.
