She does an outstanding job of advertising and marketing one's property. She is tough without being pushy and does her best within market constraints for the seller. If there is any criticism at all to be made, perhaps she could respond to voicemail and text messages just a touch quicker although I do realise that she is frantically busy. Karen and her team were fantastic to deal with. We'd met with 3 other agents and she was by far the most genuine person. I had listened to other agents talk about themselves for 2 hours but Karen talked about the house, the area, our exceptions etc. She didn't have to sell herself. There was no pushiness, but I knew she'd have the professionalism to achieve the best deal for us and close the deal. As it turned out our gut feeling was correct. Karen received an offer at the first home open and worked to get the price we wanted. It was also well above what the other agents had suggested (just to achieve a quick sale). It was a tricky sale with a few parties involved but the Teams communication was excellent and we were never left wondering what was happening.
