Karen is well-organised, punctual and knows her stuff. She kept me updated constantly, ringing after each Open Home for a full discussion, plus any feedback she was getting from potential buyers. She had to sensitively negotiate Open Home times with the tenant. Our leasing agent unexpectedly stopped handling the property in the middle of the process and Karen oversaw a seamless transition to their rentals department, which really helped out my stress levels! The tenant also handed Karen some mail for me that came to their address and she drove past and put it in my letterbox the next day, which I thought was pretty good considering how busy she is!
