Karen picked up our property after the first exclusive Agent was unsuccessful. Karen did say she was confident to sell "our beautiful home" ( her words ) and that she thought she would have a contract on it in 2 weeks. Sure enough she delivered, however, the contract was conditioned to the hilt, in addition to the usual conditions of finance and building , the buyers had to sell two houses to buy ours and one of them had been on the market 5 months.
