Karen is wonderful real estate agent. Obviously when you are selling a house the most important thing is to get the best price possible. Based on my experience with Karen not only will you achieve that (especially if selling in Mulgrave) but you will also get an agent who helps make what can be a daunting experience, relatively easy. From the very beginning, Karen's knowledge of the local market, providing simple styling hints to highlight the best features of your home in photos and open for inspections, and experience with different marketing campaigns made it an easy decision to go with Karen. And during the process she provided printed results from website searches on our property, feedback from buyers from every inspection, always prepared you for the next step in the process, and did the little extras like bringing treats for our kids. On auction day we had several buyers and we achieved a result better than we hoped for, and I know that was a result of Karen's great work. As a result it is my great pleasure to recommend Karen.
