Initially there was a spreadsheet to timetable all open days and other necessary visits. There were regular zoom updates, phone calls and emails which included data in pie graph form to compare the progress on a week to week basis. This helped me keep abreast of market conditions and interested parties as they came on board. The whole team including Karen, Stephen and Ashton were with me every step of the process advising realistic selling points and advancing the ‘auction’ to ensure buyers were all engaged. In the end the frenzy of interest was skilfully managed to ensure the best outcome.
