Thanks to Karen and Ray White for their services on my purchase. I just have a recommendation , which might be helpful for the selling procces. It is helpful if the agent can attende at the property while the bank valuer person is at the property to valuate the house, because agent has the update market information and giving the valuer the right and update info right away, then they can help the loane approval speed up.

Karen worked tirelessly to sell our home. She followed up every potential buyer after each open home and gave us detailed feedback on every single one. She was always available to talk things through and very pleasant and easy to deal with,. Nothing was a bother and no question was too silly to ask!! Had a relationship for over a year with Karen following my mothers death. She was really understanding at where my dad was in his journey without mum and offered information without pressure during this time. When he was ready she came to see the house (one of 3 estate agents that dad chose) and offered her considered opinion. Dad was impressed and contracted her to sell the house. After the first open home (Saturday) there was definite interest with over 39 sets of people through the house. She recomended first and final offers to be presented on the Monday. We met on the Tuesday and the house was sold at $38,0000 over the asking price allowing dad to purchase a villa in a retirement village down in Sydney - one that would take mum's cat!!!! I would recomment Karen to anybody who wanted somebody that really knew the Central Coast market and wanted considered opinions that weren't based on her commission but rather on the client's objectives. Obviously her commission was important but didn't seem to be the centre of discussions.
