Karen was very good at keeping up the communication. Karen always made regular contact regarding open house events and gave wonderful assistance with things like watering the house plants, which we could not do due to being away from the property. Karen was also very good for giving advice regarding the complex nature of the sale, which was a deceased estate. Karen did well dealing with the property solicitors, who were not always easy to deal with

Karen has worked so hard to get exchange on this sale. The whole process has been fraught with hurdles but she has eased the journey.
