What a beautiful caring soul. Something that was extremely hard for us Karen made so simple and easy with such a great outcome. Karen sold our place and my brothers place next door (he was In Germany at the time). This was such an emotional time as one house we had for 11 years and the other for 50 years. To sell both houses to different people the same week and within 24 houses of each other we are all so happy and feel it was meant to be. Karen White in first meeting was so compassionate and considerate to our needs. It was not easy letting go of our beautiful home but she made she made us feel like the sale would be as easy as possible. She was so patient with us considering there were 4 partners and the four of us didn’t always agree on the same things. Karen was always understanding with us! We found Karen to be professional in all ways. She was very personable and responsive to our needs even to the point of showing us a property on her day off. Karen has always been communicative and friendly in a quiet and unassuming way.

I could be a bit more forthcoming in my praise for Karen but we are waiting on a response to my emails of 10th and follow up of 13th Feb re vendors wanting to sell / leave any whitegoods or furniture in the property rather than take it back to Sydney. Overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Karen, however my wife had more contact with her. I have asked Leanne to comment because of the interaction she had with Karen through the process
