Karen has been incredible handling the sale of our property. She made selling a property from interstate simple, despite having a few curveballs thrown at her. From first enquiry right through to sale, Karen has been very friendly, approachable, helpful and professional and at no time did we ever feel pushed into anything, or like we were just a number. No problem was too big for Karen and she happily handled interactions with maintenance people and rental agents herself while I was dealing with the birth of a new baby.
