Buying and selling ain't easy! Yet for both events five years apart Karin made it seem so. Buying our three bedroom house at Tamborine Mountain in 2019 was uncomplicated and faultless for both the seller and the buyer. Naturally, Karin was the first local real estate expert we turned to when selling became imperative this year. Just a quick phone call provided excellent advice with regard to market value, and low and behold, Karin also had an ideal financed-approved buyer, ready to inspect immediately. Whoa! Just too easy! But maybe too quick - the house had long term tenants. Karin expertly and patiently shepherded the buyer and the seller (us) through to an amazing 5 1/2 week turn around with constant contact and liaison with the buyer, advice to us on presentation and who to contact locally to help with the exit clean, the exterior clean-up and repairs needed. In the end the buyer was delighted. The seller as well. Could we have got more for the place? Probably. But the sale would have taken longer, been more complicated, and caused stresses not needed in this day and age.
