Karine is a lovely lady with a lot of local knowledge. Our house was for sale on internet only and seen only by appt. She knew the type of person that would be interested in our home, and didn't wast our time with people who weren't willing to pay around what we wanted. I believe she is one of the most honest real estate agents, which is big for me to say as i don't trust a lot of them. LOL. I will definitely be contacting her on future sales or points of interest in real estate. Oh and don't forget the GOODIE baskets!! :)
