Fast and easy, and back on with life!

I met Karine over 5 years ago when I first bought my property from her. Over the years, she kept in regular contact, and I always found her nice and easy to communicate with. A couple of years ago, I was considering selling and I asked Karine to come to have a chat. She was lovely and very informative. I really felt at ease, as she was not trying to push me … she just gave me good advice regarding my situation and my plans. When I was finally ready to sell, I had another agent come to appraise my property, and he said he would market it at $345,000 and would hope to get $330,000 for it. Karine had an opposite way to work … she is definitely working for the seller and will do everything she can to maximum your sale price. We decided to market the property at Offers over $349,000 and she sold it above listing price in 6 days!! I was so excited!! I was concerned that the process would be long and stressful, but Karine made it easy 😊 Thanks a lot !! Karine
