Karl was great. We felt very comfortable with Karl from our first meeting. We needed someone to sell a vacant investment property. Once we appointed Karl, he took control of the process. The photos were fantastic, including drone shots of the locality. He also kept an eye on the property, arranged mowing, put the bins out for us.
