We put our trust in Karl to sell mums home and he came through with flying colours. Every step of the process was made smooth easy and stress free. Karl took care of everything with a cool professionalism that was truly outstanding. Communication was excellent, he kept us informed and updated all along the way. He was always easy to get a hold of and in this busy world returned calls promptly. Karl has a list of contacts that he recommends and uses and saved us hunting around eg Settlement agent, Electrician (and has more).
