I was referred to Karl by another professional in the industry who described him as a “great operator and highly professional”, and from the first meeting I could see exactly why. Karl has a fantastic attitude. He is positive, optimistic approachable and most importantly genuine and honest in everything he does. Honesty was one of the most important qualities we were looking for when choosing an agent. It builds trust and we knew that if Karl was honest with us, he would be equally trustworthy and transparent with buyers. That confidence made a huge difference throughout the sales process. We sold our property remotely which could have been stressful but Karl made the entire experience incredibly easy. No task was ever too much trouble. Whether it was organising gardens and lawns, general maintenance issues, or clearing rubbish left by a previous tenant, Karl simply took care of it.
