What I loved about Karl was his honesty from the beginning, unlike other agents he gave us 2 valuations, one if we did nothing to the house and a better valuation if we did xyz which we did and he was bang on the money. Our expectations were managed accurately the entire process and attention to detail and follow up was second to none from Karl and his team. You can't buy the experience and expertise that Karl has in the area. Overall we are extremely happy.
