Karl was a pleasure to deal with, friendly, courteous and knew the market. When we signed up for the sale, he advised us on what advertising, photo options etc to take, all costs being known up front. After each open house Karl informed us of numbers of visitors, and who requested a contract, etc . On auction day the whole Ray White team were friendly and made you feel at ease.
