We purchased our home 2 year and ago through Karl and found him to be honest and easy to deal with. When it came time to sell he was the only agent we wanted. He was patient with us and answered all our questions, knew the market well and who was likely to buy our property. He gave us advice on how to maximise the value, where to focus our efforts and what to leave. We were really pleased with the photos and marketing and felt informed the whole way. Karl was always available for our calls. We sold in one week and we can not recommend Karl highly enough.
