Karl helped the reviewer sell this property

Very genuine in how they deal with you

Karl and Jay were great to work with. Excellent communicators who kept us in the loop every step of the way. Very genuine in how they deal with you, there’s no real estate spin with them, just the facts. They were honest with us from the get go, and we felt they had our genuine interests throughout the whole process. Although we were selling with Karl he also gave us support and insight for our purchase at the same time which he didn’t need to do, but is a reflection on his professionalism.
