Karl is the sort of agent I like to deal with: professional, courteous, prompt and 'to the point. He doesn't flap or gush or exert undue pressure. He gives every indication that he is trying to get the best deal for the seller while protecting the buyer. Not an easy balance but I think Karl does that brilliantly. I wish him every success in this industry.
