My Father passed away in January 2018. Our neighbour had his house for sale and I spoke to his agent about the sale of Dads house. As I had seen on various selling house TV shows and reading up on the best bang for your buck things to do, we decided to repaint the interior, get the tiled roof cleaned and painted and a general clean up. The agent gave my an estimated sale price, which I felt was a bit low. I contacted Karl and he came and had a look at the property. I was impressed with Karls calm attitude and his positive indications that the property was worth more than I was told. It was a somewhat unique property with a big shed and other storage areas. Karl saw the potential and knew it would be attractive to a certain buyer. He contacted me and said he had a buyer interested and had but an offer on the property. That offer was close to what Karl had estimated, and was approx $50K over the other agents estimate. Karl was spot on with his original estimate. The sale went through without any stress or problems.
