Karl was brilliant from the first phone call. He was so knowledgeable when it came to market price and had similar sales in the area so I had full confidence in his ability to sell my house. His recommendations on what to fix/tidy around the house prior to sale were spot on and reasonable and I’m sure gained me more than a few thousand in the sale. Even his recommendation for who to call to do the work was brilliant - couldn’t fault him! Having never sold a property before I didn’t know what to expect, but the process was smooth from the beginning and we had offers on the second day which eventuated in a quick sale. Karl and his team were brilliant so if you’re looking for an agent to sell your property, I highly recommend.
